As part of the SNCC & Grassroots Organizing Discussion Series, the SNCC Digital Gateway created the free, downloadable booklet Women & Gender: A SNCC Digital Gateway Companion. This learning toolkit provides concrete ways for people of all ages to engage with and learn about SNCC’s work and the role of women within SNCC, explore primary source materials, and connect contemporary issues in their own lives and communities to central themes in SNCC’s history. Chapters include SNCC Women Doing the Work; SNCC Women Challenging Gender Norms; and Making Connections, Learning More.
