Organizations

Members of the Mindfulness in Education White Paper Group made a donation in memory of Howard Zinn in April, 2010; the People’s Celebration of Howard Zinn raised funds for the Zinn Education Project at their event in May, 2010; and Veterans for Peace Chapter 9 Smedley Butler Brigade members made a donation in July, 2010.

The Caipirinha Foundation contributed to the development and promotion of the Zinn Education Project website in 2009. The Zinn Education Project is featured on their Cultures of Resistance website.

The following publishers and organizations have donated books and DVDs:  Seven Stories Press, The People Speak, and HarperCollins. Seven Stories Press also gave us permission to post, for free download, all the chapters from the teaching guide for Voices of a People’s History.
